Setup Samsung Click Through
We need to set up a click through for Samsung binaries, like graphics. The click through will present a EULA to the user and then present binaries for users to download. We will use this method in our own android-build infrastructure as well. Accepting the license and then uploading the binaries to the android-build server. In this way our android-build will be on par with what all users do.
