The monthly Linaro Android Toolchain benchmarks are run in LAVA. We need to create a report in LAVA to present the data in the same way the old wiki page did (https://wiki.linaro.org/Platform/Android/AndroidToolchainBenchmarking).

A rough outline of the work:
Work with the LAVA team (e.g. zyga) to figure out the SQL/JavaScript work required on the Validation server to generate a report based on multiple toolchain results. This would result in something similar to the generate-wiki-page in doanac's linaro-toolchain-benchmarking git tree. Please keep in mind that the benchmark is due to be updated: see https://blueprints.launchpad.net/linaro-android/+spec/linaro-android-bmark-process
The LAVA report should be resembling the old wiki page (https://wiki.linaro.org/Platform/Android/AndroidToolchainBenchmarking)
