dma-buf map attachment API returns a hint to support caching

Map attachment API needs to return a hint to indicate whether the attachment has actually changed since the previous operation. This is to support performance sensitive use cases where unmapping/remapping for each operation may be prohibitive. May need to extend dev->dma_params to include max_nents to know max # of entries in sglist.
