dma-buf needs usage hint API

dma-buf needs additional usage hint API to allow virtualization of mapping resources.

- Layers on the cache domain stuff.
- May need callback to support this mechanism (beware deadlocking scenarios)
- Migration/virtualization is quite complex (read: hard). Optimizing cache management appears strongly at odds with this (not mutually exclusive, precisely, but definitely makes an already complex scenario much more so).
