port bL core testsuite on to TC2
Current big.LITTLE test suite runs on Fastmodels. which has four cpus. test suite has been hard coded to four cpu's. this needs to be ported on to TC2 H/W where it has clusters A7+A15 that is 3 + 2 cpus total 5 cpus. where test suite should run on both Fast models and TC2.
