Set up the build farm
The build farm is an old configuration. Before re-starting the benchmarking, update and document the build farm.
Specifically:
* Update u-boot to a Linaro 2011.x release
* Update the kernel to a Linaro 3.y-2011.x release
* Re-build and document the root filesystem
* Document so that it can be reproduced
This will give a stable, up to date environment that future benchmarks can be run and reproduced on.

[asac 2011-09-14]: this blueprint is hard to parse for management and release team; expanding summary to explain the scope and goal of this month deliverable would help; adding Acceptance: and Headline: critieria would then be easier to do. For instance, the title reads as if we would have a full replacement of the current michaelh setup etc. Lets try to improve.
[michaelh 2011-09-15] deferred. I tried updating to the 2011.08 Panda kernel but it was stuck at 800 MHz. Re-visit after the LEB 2011.09 release. Qualify USB performance before upgrading.
Headline: The build farm is an old configuration. Before re-starting the benchmarking, update and document the build farm.
Acceptance: Building on the updated build farm following the documentation.
