CI bring up: Origen Quad (Exynos 4412)

Headline: Origen Quad hardware pack is now published. CI loop is setup and daily test results are available.
Acceptance: Origen Quad board is boot tested on a daily basis, using pre-built images sent to LAVA.

[fboudra, 2012-12-20] U-boot support has been delivered in 12.12. Re-target remaining WIs to 13.01 and set the blueprint blocked: we need BL1 closed binary firmware to boot the board.
