Improve Ubuntu rootfs-only usage documentation
There is a common request from ARM and other partners to improve the current documentation about use cases which the user wants to use the Ubuntu rootfs (nano, developer or full desktop) with a custom kernel and bootloader, without the need of using a hwpack and linaro-
Most of the needed tools are already in place in case people want to create an official support for linaro images, but it's still lacking a lot of information for users wanting to manually hack and use the rootfs images available at each release.
