Investigate software dependencies on inline assembly

In order to facilitate the specification of ARM optimizations and determine new architecture bootstraping pain points, Linaro would like to know which open source software depend on inline assembly in general and also which ones depend on ARM inline assembly specifically.

The current work consists in the following:
* select a set of tools to scan the targeted distribution(s)
* prioritize a set of packages/components to scan
* scan packages/components from the targeted distribution(s)
* document the tools, methodology and results
