Headline: Ubuntu Oneiric delivers Linaro Cross Toolchain 2011.07 packages.
Acceptance: armel-cross-toolchain-base and gcc-4.x-armel-cross packages updated against the gcc 2011.07 release, and available the Ubuntu Oneiric x86 archive. Able to cross build at least one package.

Issues:
gcc-4.6 got multilib support (so it builds armel and armhf libraries) and during those changes cross compiler got broken.
