Headline: STE LT Hardware Pack includes the linux-ste-lt kernel 2011.07.
Acceptance: Kernel build with CI, making sure at least one kernel update per week is done (can be done manually for now or automated by daily/weekly builds at a PPA). Kernel available at the LT PPA (at least for Natty) and integrated by the LT based hwpacks.
Scott: The landing teams are NOT doing weekly releases.
