User Stories:
1. As a product developer I'd like to check how well a SoC is supported by the SoC vendor through Linaro. A rating system that can be easily consumed by non technical people is desired.
2. As a product developer I'd like to be able to compare a specific SoC BSP kernel support with upstream, so I can decide which SoC has a better upstream support and also which one to use for my product.
3. As a product developer I'd like to check how each feature is qualified, and the test cases used when describing the available SoC features from a specific vendor.
4. As a platform developer I'd to have the rating system mostly automated, by having a list of test cases that are all available at lava, and that I can trigger at anytime I want during the monthly cycle.
