Unify the DS-5 gator module as kernel sauce

Currently the DS-5 gator module package is provided by both pre-built modules and a dkms package. As we want the kernel to be enabled with DS-5 support for all our flavors, and images, having it as sauce would reduce the amount of packages needed to be installed at the targeted rootfs.
