The people on Devianart ( http://www.deviantart.com/ ) are the people that are using the software so they are the best to design the UI for a Unified Look and Feel.

It also will be important to know which programs will be included in Linux Design Studio.
I prefer to start with:
Gimp (Adobe Photoshop alternative)
Inkscape (Adobe Illustrator alternative)
Scribus (Adobe Indesign and QuarkXPress alternative)
And we need a good alternative for Adobe Bridge and Adobe Version Cue
