KVM support for ARMv7-A

Immediate task: enable device-tree support in KVM.
Longer term, extend the out-of-tree KVM support for ARM to cover ARMv7-A CPU including Cortex-A8, -A9 and -A15 and get the support included in the mainline Linux and qemu projects, including support for the Cortex-A15 virtualization features.
