Ability to turn off (and on) segmented downloads

An option to turn off the segmented downloads, when implemented. This style of file transfer only hinders traffic within a LAN (or WAN) environment - like colleges at a university campus for example. It simply creates extra work for the network, and slows everything down. Latest versions of DC++ doesn't have this option, but its this lack of one option that makes it an absolute drawback for anyone sharing over a LAN based hub.
