Automatic language pack download during installation

It will be best, if the language pack (incl. system and software (for example LibreOffice)) will be downloaded automaticly during the system installation (if network connection is avaible). If there is no netwokrk connection, there can be button (something like upgrade to dvd version at wellcome screen) to automaticly detect and download language packs for system and installed software-
