Improve OpenOffice Start-up Performance
From the OpenOffice Tools Menu, in Options, enable the quick starter, it improves the start-up performance, and makes it easy to open and view documents.

If this is approved, it should only be enabled if you have a certain amount of RAM on your system. Don't forget that linuxMint should be light.

The only thing is that it should maybe be forced to run each time you update a program to a new version.
As a result, the startup time for my OOo Writer is now 2 seconds, down from 4.
