Enable multiple DEs to be installed simultaneously

mint-artwork-* (gnome, kde, xfce tested) conflict on Gloria, preventing simultaneous installation of the mint-meta-* packages. The conflicts should be examined and split into a virtual package for Helena. After this is done, there should be "* Desktop" .mint files in mintInstall for installing them.
