Wacom Function Toggles

Hello!
I own a Wacom graphics tablet. It is recognized out-of-box in 17.1.
My device also supports Touch, so it can be used as trackpad. But this can be very disturbing the flow when I want to to do something with the pen. I have to go to the terminal to deactivate/activate certain functions.
I will post the routine here. I think it could be easily added to the settings panel, to read out the available functions and to provide toggles to activate and deactivate them.

Here how this process looks like:

As I am not a programmer, I can just hope that somebody thinks this is interesting to implement.
