About including Windows installer

Most of the people having 32 bit systems and are not having so much fast Internet connection to download the CD iso as well as additional softwares. So please include Windows Installer in upcoming release for 32 bit DVD edition. Due to only this feature grievance, I have still sticked to Linux Mint 10 DVD edition which runs on my system with help of Windows Installer from 2 years. Please do not defer this request. I have also made a year ago but no response. Kindly take into consideration!!
