AFD alarm fields matching

Extend the AFD alarm definition by adding the possibility to match fields (or dimensions) with different kind of evaluations:
- numeric: (eg. match if the value of the fields is greather than X or less than Y)
- string pattern: (eg. match all metrics filesytem_free_space where 'fs' field matches '*osd*')
