Enable remote control interface for automation/debugging of aminer

There is currently no interface to monitor or control the internal state of AMiner. This would be useful for
* Debugging
* To modify rule behavior at runtime, e.g.
  * add/remove items from lookup lists (for black/whitelisting)
  * reset statistics after maintenance/restructuring of software producing logs
  * freeze statistics while under attack (so that they are not updated until the attack is statistically normal)
