Prologue of the Manual
I'd like to write a nice, simple and effective Prologue to add to the manual, which includes explaining what is Lubuntu and why did we write the manual. This blueprint shall be used to discuss all of those details. Suggestions should be added in the Whiteboard, in the usual formatting [nickname]
Try to keep it as simple as possible and maybe use the line number of the paragraph you're referring to.

My main suggestion is to keep the text as it is, while replacing and adapting the terms to our distribution. Perhaps in the future we can create our own prologue, but I really doubt we can find enough terms that are not similar to those that are already written.
I'd also keep the Ubuntu philosophy as it is the mother distribution and that philosophy applies to everything related to Ubuntu.
