Whiteboard
MAAS first 30 minutes
=======
Problems
* first page has broken link in notification about missing images
* <internet>
eth0 eth1
* Documentation is too vague for newcomers - jargon, undefined terms, assumptions around DHCP/DNS
* DHCP configuration is a pain point - using existing one or setting up MAAS one
* virsh power fields are broken - unnecessary and unexplained fields that don't match virsh template
* How does average user test maas with no hardware (using virtual machines)
* Image download progress is not reported
What is important about first 30 minutes?
* Documented scenarios describing some typical setups:
- using existing DHCP server + local machines
- using a script creating machines inside KVM
* warn about existing DHCP server on network and don't run MAAS one if so
Deploy MAAS to LXC then spin up KVMs is done by Landscape for the Cloud Installer.
--> Talk to Dean about documenting it.
