Redesign dynamic attributes packing algorithm

Now we are using not optimal but simple packing algorithm based on json serialization. It doesnt allow us to meet DynamoDB requirements (we can't rich 64kb limit for attribute value size). In scope of this blueprint I suggest to use User defined data types for this task. So we need update cassandra to 2.1.2 first
