It is better to run mesos bay in container for better management and maintain.

Swarm already running in docker contianers.

CoreOS mesos bay will run mesos daemon in containers https://blueprints.launchpad.net/magnum/+spec/mesos-bay-with-coreos . I am not sure if we should do the same for Ubuntu. My understanding of the goal is to facilitate the upgrade, but package upgrade at Ubuntu is not hard.

@Jay, I think you are planed to implement the DC/OS bay. Is that correct? If the DC/OS bay is implemented, the original mesos bay will be deprecated. Therefore, I defer this BP for now. -- hongbin 2015-05-01
