Heat changes to support NodeGroups
The NodeGroup changes outlined in nodegroups blueprint[1] will require modifications to the way Heat stacks are used within Magnum. A Cluster will be able to be created as a base stack without any master or minion nodes. Cluster will now be able to have multiple NodeGroups attached that can be added, modified, and deleted separately from the Cluster. These changes will require a reorganization of how Heat stacks for Magnum clusters. The details of these changes can be found in the nodegroups heat spec[2].
