Shared plan for a group

Is the same way of working of the individual plan, we should develop the plan functionnality for the groups.
It would make a lot of sense for collaborative work across groups.
It should be roughly the same functionnality but placed in the group menu and for each task, we should be able to choose the member of the group assigned to the task.
And of course linked to that why not a shared calendar...
