Refactor GPFS driver for ganesha support through Spectrum Scale CES

This change is for replacing the current nfs ganesha support in GPFS Manila driver with the Spectrum Scale CES infrastructure. Spectrum Scale inherently supports NFS ganesha through CES protocol services, so we need to remove the current standalone ganesha support from gpfs driver and add it through Spectrum Scale CES infrastructure.
