HP 3PAR add more info to the share and fstore comment

To help admins and testers it would be nice if the share and fstore had an informational comment. It should at least show the host and original share name. The creation timestamp would be helpful too. The comments needs to be limited to acceptable characters and truncated. So it will probably be limited to informational for now and now some parseable dict.
