Support dedup compression thin and thick for Huawei manila driver

Manila "share types" may contain qualified extra-specs -
extra-specs that have significance only for the backend driver
and which are reported back to the scheduler.

This commit adds the following boolean qualified extra-specs:
  * capabilities:enablededupe='<is> True'
  * capabilities:enablecompression='<is> True'
  * capabilities:thin_provisioning='<is> True'
  * capabilities:thick_provisioning='<is> True'
