Implement XML support to Manila client

Manila service handles two types of data containers: JSON and XML.
Current Manila client handles only JSON requests/responses.
Propose is implement XML support and create optional flag --container-type, which, by default, equals to "json", and can set to "xml" to operate XML requests.
