[Mysqlcheck] variables in my.cnf

After having a few GB database crash during --repair / --optimize randomly (We have 16gigs of databases in a shared environment) I realized why isn't there
[mysqlcheck]
tmpdir=
various other potential variables to adjust mysqlcheck's functionality.
I thought this was a good suggestion, I'm sure we've all randomly had a database crash. Then you gotta bust out myisamchk --tmpdir= or it'll bork again. It'd be nice if my.cnf's came with mysqlcheck and commented out
#tmpdir= //Enable this if you have a tmpdir smaller then twice the size of largest db.
