Implement switch-release event broadcasts on Android Tekla SEP

Wiki page (http://wiki.scyp.atrc.utoronto.ca/w/Switch_Event_Provider#Switch_Event_Flow) says releasing a switch, should broadcast a ca.idi.tekla.sep.action.SWITCH_EVENT_RECEIVED with "Android Switch Event Extra" (ca.idi.tekla.sep.extra.SWITCH_EVENT) of 160, but no such events are broadcast.
