gnome-app-install/adept_installer support for Medibuntu

gnome-app-install and adept_installer are two simplified package managers which use .desktop files(from the app-install-data package). They let people install packages in an easy way. We should provide a package "app-install-data-medibuntu" to allow people to install medibuntu packages with these package managers.
