Recognizing the dimensions of all parts of a card

Millennium Duel is going to draw a lot of cards on-screen. We need to know how to draw cards correctly, keeping all ratios and margins. A very precise research or measurements needs to be done so that we know exactly where to put each of card's elements.

This is a non-programming task, the result should be presented as a diagram/scheme/drawing in a pdf or a similar format, and published for team's usage.
