Kill workflow execution

as a user, I want to stop workflow execution as "failed", so that if something goes wrong I can stop it. This covers running executions that I want to stop by some reason (e.g. realized I started it by mistake, or with wrong parameters, or it's already failing and makes no sense to contine). And clean up workflow execution that got into "zombie" state for any reasons.
