Mistral Dashboard functional tests

Need to create functional tests that will test main functionality throw dashboard (also it allows to test interaction between all mistral components: dashboard + client + API).
Also have to prepare internal mistral-ci jobs for running dashboard tests on each commit to the mistral-dashboard repository (on Ubuntu and CentOS)
