Working with multiple OpenStack installations

Mistral should be able to work with multiple OpenStack installations, including access from within the same workflow. It's needed in various scenarios of cross-cloud orchestration.
The most important questions here are:
* How do we authenticate against multiple Keystones? Explicitly in a workflow?
* How do we store multiple security contexts?
* How do we switch between multiple security contexts in a workflow?
