Mistral vagrant box

As a user who wants to try Mistral service, it will be preferable if there's already a vagrant box available to make it more convinient and useful to know quickly what Mistral is and what Mistral can do.
It will be better if the vagrant box is built daily or weekly, to keep Mistral service up-to-date.
