Workflow Execution

We need Workflow Execution component that is responsible for executing workflows. Given that all required objects have already been stored in a database (workbook, events etc.) we can signal Workflow Execution to start the specified target task from the specified workbook. While executing a workflow this component should create the following objects: one Execution object, one ore more Task objects belonging to the Execution corresponding workflow task definitions (instances of task definitions).
