Flexible Audio Routing / Engine Configuration

Right now we provide a fixed engine configuration (with the exception of num_decks and num_samplers which are changeable via CO). The user should have a preferences GUI for configuring what they want in the engine (e.g. add an Aux input rather than have 4 pre-created).
This involves significant changes to the engine to support change of configuration while it is processing.
