Currently Mixxx is a MIDI sink.
For some setups it could be useful that Mixxx becomes a MIDI source.
Usecases:
* Emmit Sync Messages
* Control Midi devices from the MIxxx GUI
* Script supported Midi-Proxy to Control Mixxx and other devices with one DJ-Controller
* Record control sequences for Auto DJ
