Song Structure Awareness

Extend Mixxx to be able to use information about a song's structure to make mixing easier (for new DJs) and effects more intelligent. This includes a few sub-tasks:
* Detect/allow entry of time signature (usually 4/4 but some songs use 6/8, 3/4, etc.)
* Detect/allow entry of song phrasing (repeated chord & melody patterns over some number of measures)
