Annotation of Structures

Allow for the annotation of structures (Item subclasses) using the Annotation Ontology (AO). While the links attribute provides a means to connect Locatables to other CCD points and to external entities. It does not allow for inclusion of RDF. This blueprint implementation will provide a method to embed/link full semantic into the instance data.
