Specify all measurements with a json field for timestamp, value, ...

Currently the measurements and statistics JSON response bodies specify a column name and the measurements as a two dimensional array. IBM has requested support for specifying the JSON response that has the field names for each measurement specified. For example, [{"value": 0.0, "timestamp": XXX}, {"value": 0.0, "timestamp": XXX}]
