A generic bookmarking plugin

There should be a plugin that will allow bookmarking in all music / video media (not usable for photos, of course). It should save the uri, the position and an optional name for the bookmark. It should then be possible to easily jump to bookmarked media (be it a movie you've had to interrupt or an audiobook, for example).

This actually seems to be an extension to the Favorites plugin, a favorite being a special case of a bookmark, where position is 0.
