Display specific section backend

Elisa currently has no way to be launched / displayed from an external application with a specific screen showing ( eg. Music main menu, Currently Playing Song, Playlist, Album or Track screens ).

The goal is to add the support inside the DBUS API.

The DBUS api is already implemented : https://blueprints.launchpad.net/elisa/+spec/bdus-api-implementation. Only the backend part for controlling the UI is needed.
