Implement Jamendo.com support

We need to implement a plugin to access jamendo.com CC music repository. At present it should allow browsing and listening to music online, but the bigger goal would be to allow downloading of the music using torrents and store them in your music library. If the same track was later selected through the Jamendo provider, it should play the track from local library, if available.
